Gadget Exchange Game

Each guest brings a (non-electric)kitchen gadget they do not want or use, for whatever reason.

On arrival, each person adds their name to a 'drawing' basket. Have small papers and pens ready for this purpose.
Gadgets are placed on display, amid remarks like: 'What's that?', or "I want one of those!".

Game begins when names are drawn, and guests pick a gadget from the display, until all names and gadgets are gone. You can add a 'surprise' twist to the game by announcing: "Now, pass your gadget to the person on the right (or left)."

Object of the Game

Everyone gets a 'new' gadget to try out! And if someone doesn't like theirs - they can always keep it to bring to their next Gadget Exchange!
